Refund policy

1. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for size or colour of the same product
• Requests must be made within 5–7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Incorrect product delivered

3. Store Credit (Gift Card)

If the requested size or colour is unavailable, a store credit (gift card) will be issued in place of an exchange. No monetary refunds will be provided in such cases.

4. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Used or worn items
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items damaged after delivery (not due to CILLI)
